Duty belt made of 100% Cordura. The inner belt of this Duty Belt is fully adjustable and has velcro on the outside. This should be put through the belt loops of the pants. You then place the Duty Belt, which has velcro on the inside, on top of the inner belt. Because both sides have velcro, the Duty Belt stays safely and securely in place.
