Prices and Payments on Milshed.com
All product sales prices published on the website are in euros (EUR) and include VAT.
Payments are accepted in euros (EUR).
Placing an Order and Payment
The owner of the online store www.milshed.com is Pain OÜ (registry code 12505691), located at Paldiski mnt 229a/1, 13520 Tallinn.
Customers can select suitable goods and add them to the shopping cart.
1. Contractual clients can purchase goods at https://milshed.com by logging in with their personal passwords. Goods are delivered according to the delivery terms specified in the contract.
2. Non-contractual clients can place an order at http://milshed.com. An invoice will be issued, which must be paid before the goods are dispatched.
Upon receipt of funds to our account, we will immediately start fulfilling the order.
Payment Methods:
You have the following options to pay:
1. Internet banking (Swedbank, SEB, LHV, and other banks in Estonia, Finland, Latvia, and Lithuania) or other payment methods provided by Montonio Finance OÜ.
2. Bank transfer by selecting "Pay by invoice".
3. You can cancel the order by pressing the "BACK" button.
After completing the payment, it is very important to return to https://milshed.com.
An automatic confirmation notice will be sent to your email address.
The contract enters into force once the full payment has been received in Pain OÜ's bank account.

Product Availability and Delivery Time
Delivery time is generally 1-15 business days after payment is received in Pain OÜ's bank account.
If the ordered product is not available, we will contact you as soon as possible.
Delivery of Goods
We deliver goods to Estonia and other European Union member states.
*In Estonia: Delivered via selected transport (Omniva, DPD, courier) within 1-3 business days following dispatch in most regions.
*In the European Union: Delivered by courier. Delivery time approx. 7-15 business days.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are borne by the buyer, and the corresponding price information is displayed next to the shipping method.
Right of Withdrawal
The Buyer has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days after receiving the goods.
The right of withdrawal does not apply if the Buyer is a legal entity.
To use the 14-day return right, the goods must not be used other than what is necessary to verify their nature and functioning. Returned items must be undamaged, in original packaging, and with original labels. Opened underwear cannot be returned.
To return goods, a withdrawal application must be submitted: withdrawal form
The Buyer must return the goods within 14 days of submitting the application.
Goods can be returned to:
a) Pain OÜ warehouse: Paldiski mnt 229a/1 13520 Tallinn
b) Parcel locker using the return code
c) Sending to Tallinn Kadaka Selver parcel lockers, contact number 53325022.
Return costs are borne by the Buyer, unless the product is defective/incorrect.
Right of Complaint

Privacy and Personal Data Processing
Personal data is treated confidentially. Necessary data for payments is forwarded to Montonio Finance OÜ.
Dispute Resolution
Send complaints to info@milshed.com. If disputes cannot be resolved by agreement, the buyer can turn to the Consumer Disputes Committee (www.komisjon.ee).
