Gift Card Terms and Conditions
- The gift card can be used to pay for goods in the www.milshed.com e-store and for services provided by Pain OÜ.
- The gift card functions via a unique code, which can only be used once.
- Keep the unique code safe to prevent unauthorized access by third parties.
- When purchasing a gift card, ensure that the email address you provide for delivery is correct.
- Pain OÜ is not responsible for any damages resulting from the gift card code falling into the hands of third parties (e.g., due to an incorrectly entered email address or automated email forwarding).
- The gift card is valid until the date specified on it. Expired or unused gift cards will not be refunded.
- The gift card cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will it be bought back or exchanged.
- If the total cost of the purchase is less than the gift card's value, the difference will not be refunded. The gift card cannot be used in multiple installments.
- If the total cost of the purchase exceeds the gift card's value, the remaining balance can be paid using other payment methods available in the e-store.
- Gift cards cannot be purchased using financing or installment plans.
- The consumer has the right to withdraw from the gift card purchase within 14 days of receiving it via email. This right is void if the unique code has already been used.
- Pain OÜ reserves the right to amend the gift card terms and conditions by publishing a 14-day advance notice on www.milshed.com.
