What are the shipping methods?
We ship across Estonia using Omniva and DPD parcel terminals. You can also choose to pick up your order personally from our Tallinn store.
How fast will I receive my order?
In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. For items marked "On order" or "Tellimisel," delivery may take up to 15 business days.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship across Europe. To see the exact shipping cost, please enter your address during checkout or contact us directly.

Where is your store located?
Our store and warehouse are located in Tallinn at Paldiski mnt 229a/1 (in the FK center courtyard). Free parking is available behind the fence.

🔄 3. Returns & Claims
Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?
Yes, a 14-day return right applies to products purchased from the online store. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. Underwear and hygiene products cannot be returned.
Items purchased from the physical store cannot be returned for a refund; however, we can exchange them for a gift card or another product. Used products cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?
Please contact us at info@milshed.com to arrange the return method. In Estonia, returns via parcel terminal are usually free.
What happens if a product breaks?
Private individuals have a 2-year right to file a claim. If a defect appears within the first 6 months, it is assumed it existed at the time of purchase (manufacturing defect).

How can I pay for my order?
We accept Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, LHV), credit cards, and bank transfers. We also offer ESTO installments and "Buy Now, Pay Later" solutions.

Do I need a permit to buy airsoft guns?
No, in Estonia, airsoft guns are unrestricted items. However, to purchase them from Milshed, you must be at least 18 years old or accompanied by a parent.

Yes, we offer airsoft and paintball equipment rental for events. Contact us for more detailed information.
