Engraving terms

  • The return right of custom laser engraved items is limited. A laser engraved item can be returned only due to a clear manufacturing defect. The return must be preapproved by our customer service. Laser engraving does not void product warranty.

  • Laser marking can damage the material coating of the item. Carbon steel blades should be oiled regularly to prevent the corrosion of the engraved area.

  • Our staff will determine the size and the color of the laser engraving to achieve the best possible result.

  • Typing errors are the customer's responsibility. We will engrave your input exactly.

  • The engraving service will delay the order dispatch by 1-2 days
