Ingredients: carrot, whole grain rice (20%), onion, red bell pepper, garden bean pod, broiler breast fillet (9% when added), tomato paste, sugar, rapeseed oil, FISH sauce (ANCHOVY extract, salt, sugar, acidity regulator (citric acid)), modified starch, SESAME seeds, salt, lemon juice concentrate, spices. Vegetable content is 61%.

Nutritional values per 100g: energy 373kJ/89kcal, fat 2,6g, of which saturates 0,3g, carbohydrates 12g of which sugars 4,6g, protein 3,5g, salt 1,0g.

Instructions: consume after heating up. 2 ways for heating: pour the food into the pot and warm for 5 minutes, stirring occasionally. Submerge the unopened package completely in boiling water and heat for 4-5 minutes.

What are the shipping methods?

We ship across Estonia using Omniva and DPD parcel terminals. You can also choose to pick up your order personally from our Tallinn store.

How fast will I receive my order?

In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. For items marked "On order" or "Tellimisel," delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across Europe. To see the exact shipping cost, please enter your address during checkout or contact us directly.

3. Returns & Claims

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, a 14-day return right applies to products purchased from the online store. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. Underwear and hygiene products cannot be returned.

Items purchased from the physical store cannot be returned for a refund; however, we can exchange them for a gift card or another product. Used products cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us at info@milshed.com to arrange the return method. In Estonia, returns via parcel terminal are usually free.

What happens if a product breaks?

Private individuals have a 2-year right to file a claim. If a defect appears within the first 6 months, it is assumed it existed at the time of purchase (manufacturing defect).
