When working undercover, being able to blend into the crowd, but still have to be able to have your weapon at the reach of your hand. This is why our Downtown backpack is equipped with a special compartment that can easily and securely fit your standard service pistol, but also allows you to draw it within seconds. On the outside it looks like normal, civilian backpack, that can fit all your essentials, small laptop etc. The pack has no any additional MOLLE/PALS webbing, loop panels or anything that can give you away. The interior of the main pocket is covered with soft velour fabric, compatible with Versatile Insert System® for personalization. Additionally, the pack has a special compartment that can hold a hard ballistic insert.

1. Orders & Shipping

What are the shipping methods?

We ship across Estonia using Omniva and DPD parcel terminals. You can also choose to pick up your order personally from our Tallinn store.

How fast will I receive my order?

In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. For items marked "On order" or "Tellimisel," delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across Europe. To see the exact shipping cost, please enter your address during checkout or contact us directly.

3. Returns & Claims

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, a 14-day return right applies to products purchased from the online store. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. Underwear and hygiene products cannot be returned.

Items purchased from the physical store cannot be returned for a refund; however, we can exchange them for a gift card or another product. Used products cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us at info@milshed.com to arrange the return method. In Estonia, returns via parcel terminal are usually free.

What happens if a product breaks?

Private individuals have a 2-year right to file a claim. If a defect appears within the first 6 months, it is assumed it existed at the time of purchase (manufacturing defect).
