Acepac Mini Bar Roll handlebar bag 7L

The time-tested construction of the bag now in a minimalist variant.

We have used lightweight and durable main material Nylon Robic (PU coating 1500 mm H20). Inside the bag there is a removable waterproof liner (Nylon RipStop fabric, PU coating 5000 mm with taped seams), which is guaranteed to keep the transported contents of the bag dry.

Exposed areas where the bag touches the brake and shift levers are reinforced with a second layer of nylon fabric and Hypalon. The reinforcement between the spacers is made of HDPE board for optimum weight.

The mounting polypropylene straps (100% recyclable) have a coarse texture, so they do not slip in the buckles. Compared to the larger version of the Bar Roll bag, the buckles and straps have been chosen to be more subtle with respect to the volume of the bag, without of course affecting their strength. The buckles are fitted with Camlok locks to prevent potential strap slippage. The reversible roll-up closure of the bag with Nifco buckles (-20 °C) for easy operation in gloves can be rolled up like a classic Drybag by clipping the buckles at the entrance to the bag.

Stressed seams are secured with Bartack stitch (zigzag), all threads used are polyester with large diameter fibres for maximum strength.

On the bottom of the bag on the outside, under the compression straps, we have placed a chain of webbing for the possibility of transporting additional equipment (e.g. tent poles). Additionally, the Bar Bag can be clipped onto the bag to increase the overall volume usable on the handlebars.
