The core of the Amberg is its 108 mm long and 3.2 mm thick blade, manufactured from world-renowned Alleima 14C28N Swedish stainless steel. The steel undergoes advanced annealing, hardening, and cryogenic treatments to reach a nominal hardness of 58 HRC. This process guarantees excellent toughness, high stain resistance, and superior edge retention, meaning less time sharpening in the field.

Full Flat Grind for Low-Friction Performance
