The back of the pouch features a secure carrier plate equipped with two MOLLE fastening straps with press buttons, two D-rings, and hook-and-loop backing for seamless integration onto tactical vests, plate carriers, or backpacks. Lateral MOLLE attachment loops provide additional expandability. The main compartment opens via a front flap with hook-and-loop closure, dual lateral zippers, and a carry handle, allowing the pouch to open flat for quick access to contents. Inside, various slide-in pockets and elastic loops keep bandages, tourniquets, and shears neatly secured.
