Shipping & Returns

The blade of the mushroom knife is 62 mm long and made of Swedish stainless steel. The handle has an ergonomic shape and is comfortable to hold. The brush is made of real horse hair, thanks to its naturalness it does not damage the mushrooms during cleaning. The knife has an edge guard, thanks to which it is safe to hang it on the belt.

What are the shipping methods?

We ship across Estonia using Omniva and DPD parcel terminals. You can also choose to pick up your order personally from our Tallinn store.

How fast will I receive my order?

In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. For items marked "On order" or "Tellimisel," delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

3. Returns & Claims

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, a 14-day return right applies to products purchased from the online store. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. Underwear and hygiene products cannot be returned.

Items purchased from the physical store cannot be returned for a refund; however, we can exchange them for a gift card or another product. Used products cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us at info@milshed.com to arrange the return method. In Estonia, returns via parcel terminal are usually free.

What happens if a product breaks?

Private individuals have a 2-year right to file a claim. If a defect appears within the first 6 months, it is assumed it existed at the time of purchase (manufacturing defect).
