By mounting directly below the existing ahead cap of your stem, the holder becomes a seamless part of your bike. It provides a centered, aerodynamic view of your phone while ensuring it remains rock-solid even on the roughest trails.

Universal Waterproof Protection This set comes with the COM/SMARTBAG, a universal water-repellent case that fits all common smartphones.

  • Touchscreen Operation: The large transparent window allows for easy navigation and phone use.

  • Smart Storage: A dedicated lower compartment provides space for keys and cash, and is specifically designed to house the +COM/CHARGER power bank (sold separately) for wireless charging on the go.

1. Orders & Shipping

What are the shipping methods?

We ship across Estonia using Omniva and DPD parcel terminals. You can also choose to pick up your order personally from our Tallinn store.

How fast will I receive my order?

In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. For items marked "On order" or "Tellimisel," delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across Europe. To see the exact shipping cost, please enter your address during checkout or contact us directly.

3. Returns & Claims

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, a 14-day return right applies to products purchased from the online store. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. Underwear and hygiene products cannot be returned.

Items purchased from the physical store cannot be returned for a refund; however, we can exchange them for a gift card or another product. Used products cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us at info@milshed.com to arrange the return method. In Estonia, returns via parcel terminal are usually free.

What happens if a product breaks?

Private individuals have a 2-year right to file a claim. If a defect appears within the first 6 months, it is assumed it existed at the time of purchase (manufacturing defect).
