The Original Dutch Army Backpack Side Pockets / Daybag System (NSN 8465-17-122-6474) is a versatile, field-proven military modular luggage solution. Originally issued to complement large rucksacks used by the Royal Netherlands Armed Forces (such as Lowe Alpine platforms), this system provides smart operational modularity for multi-day expeditions and field operations.

The set includes two heavy-duty side pouches (approx. 7.5 liters each) and two adjustable shoulder straps. While functioning primarily as high-capacity external pockets to segment rations, hydration, and waterproofs on your main pack, they feature matched perimeter zippers. In camp or on recon sorties, simply detach the two pouches from the main rucksack, zip them directly to each other, clip on the shoulder harness straps, and you have an instant, low-profile approx. 15-liter escape or daypack. Constructed from mil-spec abrasion-resistant synthetic textile, it is built to survive harsh brush, heavy loads, and adverse field conditions.

What are the shipping methods?

We ship across Estonia using Omniva and DPD parcel terminals. You can also choose to pick up your order personally from our Tallinn store.

How fast will I receive my order?

In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. For items marked "On order" or "Tellimisel," delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

3. Returns & Claims

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, a 14-day return right applies to products purchased from the online store. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. Underwear and hygiene products cannot be returned.

Items purchased from the physical store cannot be returned for a refund; however, we can exchange them for a gift card or another product. Used products cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us at info@milshed.com to arrange the return method. In Estonia, returns via parcel terminal are usually free.

What happens if a product breaks?

Private individuals have a 2-year right to file a claim. If a defect appears within the first 6 months, it is assumed it existed at the time of purchase (manufacturing defect).
