The Shadow Strategic "TBC" Tactical Baseball Cap is purpose-built for special operations teams, private security contractors, competitive practical shooters, and field enthusiasts. Its streamlined, low-profile crown eliminates bulk around the temple and ear lines, allowing unobstructed clearance for ballistic shooting glasses and tactical over-the-ear hearing protection headsets.
Tailored from a hard-wearing yet breathable 60/40 cotton-polyester Rip-Stop fabric, the TBC provides active thermal regulation in hot operational climates while shielding against UV rays and light precipitation. Reinforced structural integrity is guaranteed through high-tensile Coats® thread stitching and a shape-retaining polymer visor core. In place of a traditional metal top rivet—which causes painful pressure points under headset bands—the cap features an integrated embroidered ventilation port paired with a flat loop panel.
The cap features dedicated loop hook-and-loop mounting zones: a main front patch panel for identification or morale emblems, an elongated rear strap zone for standard military name tapes, and a top square panel for IR reflective glint tape or distress beacons. An adjustable rear hook-and-loop strap ensures a snug, custom fit across most head profiles.
