The Barnett King Rat Black Widow Slingshot is a legendary benchmark in traditional marksmanship, renowned for combining rugged mechanical durability with exceptional shooting dynamics. Built around an instantly recognizable silhouette finished in contrasting black and red, it delivers optimal leverage and recoil control for recreational target shooting and precision plinking.
The defining feature of the Black Widow is its folding wrist brace. Deployed in seconds, the brace leverages the shooter's forearm to balance band draw tension, isolating strain away from the wrist joint. This design lengthens the operational power stroke, allowing shooters to extract maximum kinetic energy and flatter trajectories from the standard power bands. When target practice concludes, the brace folds flat against the contoured frame for low-bulk stowage in packs or pockets.
The pistol-style contoured handle is detailed with tactile texturing, ensuring slip-resistant retention through repetitive draw cycles. Combined with high-grade standard latex power bands and a centered projectile cradle, the King Rat Black Widow is designed to deliver repeatable target groupings for shooters of all experience levels.
