The AB Trouser ECW Level 7 is designed for professional operators who require dependable thermal insulation, absolute storm protection, and unrestricted tactical agility in sub-zero operational environments. Engineered to serve as the definitive protective outer layer for armed forces, special tactical units, and arctic expeditions, these trousers combine heavy-duty materials with field-proven mission ergonomics.

Core thermal performance is driven by PrimaLoft® Silver HiLoft Ultra™ synthetic insulation, which offers an exceptional warmth-to-weight ratio while resisting moisture saturation—ensuring continued body heat retention even during freezing sleet or wet snow. The rugged rip-stop nylon outer shell features a PU laminate delivering a 10,000 mm hydrostatic head backed by fully taped seams and an 8,000 g/m²/24h breathability rating, keeping wind and precipitation out while venting internal vapor.

To withstand punishing contact with rocky ground, snow crusts, and vehicle decks, the seat, pre-shaped knees, and lower cuffs are armored with abrasion-resistant fabric panels. Knee-length side zippers facilitate rapid donning and doffing over combat boots without stepping out of the garment. The leg hems are equipped with drawcords, hook-and-loop adjusters, and lace hooks to form an impenetrable barrier against snow ingress. Storage includes fleece-lined handwarmer pockets and reinforced cargo pockets, while mesh vents at the crotch provide dump cooling on the march.

    • PrimaLoft® Silver HiLoft Ultra™: Retains maximum loft and warmth without soaking up water.

    • 10,000 mm Waterproof Protection: Fully taped seams and polyurethane lamination seal out storms.

    • Knee-High Side Leg Zips: Fast donning and doffing over bulky winter combat boots.

    • Heavy-Duty Wear Reinforcements: High-tenacity overlays on knees, seat, and cuff edges.

    • Comprehensive Snow Gaiter Features: Integrated boot hooks, hem drawcords, and Velcro tabs.

    • Compact Mission Storage: Compresses down to 16 × 30 cm in the supplied stuff sack.
