Description
Shipping & Returns

The developed administration panel is equipped with a map pouch and a inner pocket which is designed to carry accessories. The panel is covered with hook&loop tapes what allows to mount, for example, blood type patches or units emblems.

The map pouch has got three pockets, one of them is closed with hook&loop, two other pockets are equipped with elastic bands which are used to segregate and organize the content. The bigger pocket is equipped with a drain hole which allows to remove the water which possibly gathered inside the pouch. From the outside, the panel is equipped with elastic bands located on the sides which allow the attachment of a chemical light, a pen or a flashlight.

The panel’s mounting system is compatible with the following systems: MOLLE I, MOLLE II, FSBE II.

What are the shipping methods?

We ship across Estonia using Omniva and DPD parcel terminals. You can also choose to pick up your order personally from our Tallinn store.

How fast will I receive my order?

In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. For items marked "On order" or "Tellimisel," delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across Europe. To see the exact shipping cost, please enter your address during checkout or contact us directly.

3. Returns & Claims

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, a 14-day return right applies to products purchased from the online store. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. Underwear and hygiene products cannot be returned.

Items purchased from the physical store cannot be returned for a refund; however, we can exchange them for a gift card or another product. Used products cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us at info@milshed.com to arrange the return method. In Estonia, returns via parcel terminal are usually free.

What happens if a product breaks?

Private individuals have a 2-year right to file a claim. If a defect appears within the first 6 months, it is assumed it existed at the time of purchase (manufacturing defect).
