Manual:

1. Open the hand warmer

2. Light the fuel stick from one end

3. Let the stick burn for about 1 cm and then blow it out 4. Put the glowing fuel stick in the hand warmer

5. Do not open the hand warmer during the first 30 minutes. It may be hot

6. If the temperature in the pocket becomes too high, cool the hand warmer in the open air

7. To shorten the usage time, the fuel stick can be chopped 8. After the fuel stick has burned completely and the hand warmer has cooled down. Then open and remove the ash

Attention!

High temperatures! Do not use in a sleeping bag or bed. If the hand warmer is not in use, do not leave the heating stick in the warmer. Do not use near flammable materials.

What are the shipping methods?

We ship across Estonia using Omniva and DPD parcel terminals. You can also choose to pick up your order personally from our Tallinn store.

How fast will I receive my order?

In-stock products are usually dispatched within 1–2 business days. For items marked "On order" or "Tellimisel," delivery may take up to 15 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship across Europe. To see the exact shipping cost, please enter your address during checkout or contact us directly.

3. Returns & Claims

Can I return a product if it doesn't fit?

Yes, a 14-day return right applies to products purchased from the online store. The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with tags attached. Underwear and hygiene products cannot be returned.

Items purchased from the physical store cannot be returned for a refund; however, we can exchange them for a gift card or another product. Used products cannot be returned.

How do I return a product?

Please contact us at info@milshed.com to arrange the return method. In Estonia, returns via parcel terminal are usually free.

What happens if a product breaks?

Private individuals have a 2-year right to file a claim. If a defect appears within the first 6 months, it is assumed it existed at the time of purchase (manufacturing defect).
